Discover exactly what comes in The Whatnot Cabinet + Expansion Bundle from Pencil First Games, including the base game and Fascination Pack, plus value and fit guidance.
Quick answer
The Whatnot Cabinet + Expansion Bundle combines the base game with the Fascination Pack Mini-Expansion, giving you the full curio-cabinet experience in one box at a bundled price. It is the most direct way to start if you want both the core game and its first expansion without buying separately.
What the bundle actually contains
The Whatnot Cabinet + Expansion Bundle includes the The Whatnot Cabinet base game and the Fascination Pack Mini-Expansion. That means you get the core cabinet-building experience plus the extra trinkets and objectives from the mini-expansion in a single purchase. Since the bundle is priced at USD 35.24 compared to a catalog comparison price of USD 46.99, you save roughly a quarter of the cost of buying the pieces separately.
Who gets the most from this bundle
The base game supports 1-4 players and plays in 20-30 minutes, which makes it a natural fit for quick game nights, solo play, or families with younger players (8+). The Fascination Pack adds variety without changing the core loop, so it suits players who already enjoy The Whatnot Cabinet and want more trinket options rather than a completely new experience.
Honest trade-offs to weigh
If you already own the base game and only want the expansion, the bundle still costs more than buying the Fascination Pack alone. The savings only materialize if you need both pieces. If you prefer collecting every expansion separately or already own the base game, the bundle is not the most economical path.
