Vineyard : Mini extension Actualités locales

The Paperwork action used to feel like the dullest part of my turn, and now I actually look forward to flipping a Local News card to see what event hits. Twenty cards isn't a huge pile, but the bonuses and setbacks mix things up enough that our group won't play without it.

Twenty new cards sounds small until the Local News deck starts messing with your Paperwork action mid-game. Random events kept flipping our plans, and my wife still blames one card for costing her the harvest bonus. Worth grabbing if you play often.

The Local News cards slot right into the Paperwork action without any awkward shuffling, and the random event challenges actually made my usual strategy feel fresh again. I’ve played three sessions since adding it and the bonuses are balanced enough to keep everyone on their toes.
